Debating - LS7 Wilson Sheet Metal Intake, Custom Sheet Metal Valve Covers
I am debating switching out my current engine bay setup.
What I have for my C6Z06:
Wilson Sheet Metal Intake Manifold
Wilson Fuel Rails
Sheet Metal Valve Covers - 2pc (Vengeance Racing is etched on top)
Firecore Wires (brand new - dyno time only) made to fit these covers.
This setup has made over 800rwhp on my car. Manifold is plumbed for a direct port or meth kit, but it has never been used for any of that. Fuel rails are polished just like everything else. I am not selling the NW102TB at this time, since I may re-use it on the next setup.
What I am looking for is the Katech valve covers and coil relocation kit.
I am not sure what intake manifold I will be trying, debating a blow through carb style possibly, but I'm still thinking on that. May consider a trade for a ported FAST 102mm setup w/ rails as well.
Price wise, I am not 100% on the prices since I'm not sure what I'm wanting to do at the moment...but:
Wilson Manifold w/ Fuel Rails - $3000 (New would cost about $4,000)
Valve Covers - $650 (Not sure on these...never seen them before)
Firecore Wires for Valve Covers - $100
Anyways, here are some pics of the setup:

New Prices:
$2900 - Wilson Intake Manifold and Fuel Rails
$600 - 2pc Private Label Valve Covers
$75 - Firecore 50 wires built for this setup
Depending on what I find out from the shop for a new setup, I may end up selling the Nitrous Outlet 102mm Plate system, NW102 TB, and the Halltech CF112 Carbon Fiber Intake and Carbon Fiber Beehive, but those are not for sale at this time as I am still waiting on additional information first.

I have attached the dyno graph. Car made peak power at 6340 rpm and peak torque at 5450 rpm. You can see the curves here for my particular setup. Obviously your cam profile, compression ratio, etc...would change the curve shape. Also this graph is SAE 5 on a Dynocom eddy current load bearing dyno, not a dyno jet. On the dynojet at LMR the car made around 626 rwhp, so a little bit more, but I trust loaded dyno's more than dynojet's.
This manifold is designed for people who don't want to crack a plastic manifold under pressure from nitrous, boost, etc... and want it to look so damn good and still fit under a stock hood.

I'd have to measure them again. I believe they are just a little bit longer than stock...they wouldn't work for a Katech relocation kit or anything. I had Firecore build them for this setup after measuring the previous ones. I can find out and let you know, but I won't be selling the wires unless I sell the valve covers first regardless.
