Not sure on your timing requirements, but:
I'm replacing the output shaft of my old '05 Z51 T56 soon and it will be ready to sell. Carbon syncros with less than 3000 miles on them, billet keys, brass fork pads.
I also have one out of a C5 Z06 that sheared the gears off the input and cluster shaft. I have the parts, just need to go through it. It's getting keys and pads too but since it shifted well before it broke I don't plan on replacing the syncos unless I find something odd.
Either one would bolt right up to your '05 diff. The Z51 trans has a fluid cooler pump so you'd need to put something together for that. The C5Z one lacks the second reverse sensor but all you do is tie the two connectors together and hook them to the single switch.
Not sure about shipping though.

I have a 2006 Z51 T56 with a 2005 extension housing. This will bolt up to a 2005 differential because of the housing extension. I'm in the Chicago suburbs. The trans has 80k miles and is in good condition. PM me if interested.
