Dry or wet sump? I have a wet sump pair.

I believe they're dry sump they look like this on a G8 GT.
Looks like both could work with some trimming.

That would be a wet sump set on that car since they have an oil fill cap. I have a wet sump set in good shape (could send pics). PM me if you're interested.

If I'm not mistaken the dry sump LS3 covers still have the cutout for the oil fill cap. Both cover types will work with modification.

I have a set of LS3 covers but the one on the passenger side doesn't have the hole for the oil filler.
Must be off a GS with drysump.
Mint condition.

I bought these without knowing this cause I need the one with the oil filler hole.
