That's a perfect deal for a VR owner.
If they can sell the stock parts, the upgrade would only be about 2500-3000 at the end of the day.
Such an easy bolt on, I'd even lend the person a hand it's so simple. (applies to local people here in NY pending time constraints

There are various threads on here with build sheets and part numbers, but from experience--the most is just various bolts and fasteners. You can even modify brake ducts, etc. I even have a solution to cure the 1-1.5" gap from the factory C6 body welded wheel wells---look for a write up I'm doing (soon to come). If not, just PM me.
