A buddy of mine bought a new C7 with standard 18" and 19". He ordered 19" and 20" Forgelines/Michelins for it and now wants to sell the original 18" andf 19" tires. They have 700 easy miles on them - he is not a racer. I'm posting as he is not internet savvy.

Came in yesterday morning, by 3pm they were mounted and balanced, and by 5pm, I had a 60 mile, freeway trip on them.

Even though these are run flats (In Michelin terminology, ZP's) they were, at a minimum, 75% quieter than the Goodyear Eagles F1 Run Flats. I could actually listen to the radio at half volume, which was only a dream with the Goodyear's.

Next week, I have to go to Davis, California, so I will take the 'long way' down the mountain, to see how the tires handle on mountain roads.

As quiet as these ZP's are, I can just imagine how quiet the the standard Michelin Pilot Sport's are.
