What's the issues with the throttle body? Pics?

I'm not sure what the issue is. It was ported by Frankenstein Racing Heads. Then my builders (Norwood Performance and 21st Century) said it had issues. I would expect it needs work.

The price represents the fact that I was told it was stuck.

Does not seem stuck to me.
