Yes, I also had trouble a few months back. Something with some security update they did doesn't allow anyone to access their page. Must be losing sales like crazy! You won't be able to contact them by phone either, you have to just flood them with emails for about a week, then they answer lol

You can pm me if you like. We are on the forum for a reason. Alot of new protocols and security updates by not only us and our servers but everyone else have caused issues. We can only fix one at a time and they are very time consuming.
