Default FS: 438 LSX Motor, Callies Crank and Rods, so on. 0 Miles.

0 miles, Callies Crank and Rods, so on.

Original thread can be found at:
http://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-clas...l#post18801831

Heres all the info:

438 Cubic Inch LSX Motor, 4.125 X 4.100

The motor is 100% fresh and never ran, not even Dyno time. Parts are all new. I am not interested in parting out the motor at this time, UNLESS someone wants to buy the Heads, Rockers, Lifters and Cam Shaft.

The intention of this motor build was to build an 800 HP Pump Gas, 93 Octane Street Motor, with the ability to live on bigger Nitrous (400 HP). The motor is 11.7:1 Compression Ratio.

I will give full specifications to a truly serious buyer, including head specifics, cam shaft specifics and answer any other question.

Intake:

Holley LS7 Intake Manifold
102 MM Throttle Body
Intake Manifold is Ported and Race Ready

Cylinder Heads:

Mast LS7 305 CC Heads
Titanium Intake Valves, 2.20
Inconel Exhaust Valves, 1.60
1.550 OD Dual Race Springs from Pac
1.550 Ti Retainer

Valve Train Pieces:
Custom Camshaft (new owner can have specs)
Morel Lifters
Jesel Rockers
Jesel Belt Drive

Short Block:

LSX Block 4.125
Callies Magnum Crank 4.100
Billet Callies Rods
Custom JE Nitrous Pistons

Oil System:
6 Stage Dry Sump
Gilmer Drive
Custom Stef’s Pan.

Nitrous System:

Custom 3 Stage, DRY, Nitrous system done by Monte Smith.

Asking 22k for everything, or 20k without the dry sump setup.

My buddy asked me to help him sell this, I really wish I had the cash to buy it off of him, its just an amazing setup.

I forgot to mention, he is open to trades, cars plus cash, or some variable. He seems pretty open as long as the value is close.

All pms replied.

He will not sell the Heads bare, they will come fully assembled with rockers, lifters, so on, and the Cam to match them.

Short block will also only be sold as a complete short block.

For the Op
Let me see if I have this right. Your're willing to sell that motor for 15K and it's not gone yet? I must be missing something. I'm in the middle of my own build right now and it's nothing near what you have there.
