WTB oem lowering bolts
Hey guys just picked up an 08 vette and whoever had it before me lowered it. I am looking for a set of oem lowering bolts so I can get in my driveway! I have paypal if interested. Thanks.

I guess I can. I noticed the plastic was already breaking down and I track the car, and I have heard aftermarket cheap ones don't last. Looking for a solid replacement.

My 2 cents.....
Do not bother with the after market ones, mine lasted one hpde lol.....
Finding these is very difficult, if you find somebody selling a set of low mile springs that have them too you may wanna jump on them.
Good luck.

yeah I've heard the bolts dont come separate, you have to buy the spring. I'd recommend keeping an eye out for someone selling springs. I saw some on here bout a month ago I think, but I dont know if they're still available

Dang, that's what I was afraid of. There are no QUALITY aftermarket bolts? I'm getting ready to dig deep on the forum to find some more info.
Thanks for the advice!

Every one I've seen someone talk about lowering bolts they've stated the quality isn't as good as the OEM another thing you might try is to look for wrecked corvettes on Craigslist and see if they still have their bolts.

awesome, I assume the GS do fit the z51 leaf spring? Like i said before I've owned a vette for 4 days so I'm still learning. The OEM ones will hold up better and longer right? what are people using other than the $50 dollar sets?

You can cut a set of stock bolts and they will hold up,just have a set of stock uncut ones too in case you ever want to go back to stock.Ive heard the stock bolts hold up when cut to lower them.Or buy coilovers.

OP - this is gonna seem like major thread hijack but let me know when you have sorted yourself out as if anybody else is selling a set of these with low miles I will take the next set after you
