Mate, if you haven't picked it up yet ZR1 LSX does not want to involve himself in the shipping of these parts.

I mention this because I'm keen on just the bare frame, and have come across the same obstacle.
You'll need to hunt down shipping quotes, and arrange to get these parts picked up from him.
Perhaps if this works for you, I could use the same shipper to send this frame to CA.
