Second best - there is a level vii and a stage 4..........
I have both the TR6060, level vii, and the ZR1 case stage 4 rear. It's in a 2007, replacing a Z51 trans and built 4.10 rear. My gear ratios are the 2.66 set first through fourth, ZR1 5th and 6th. Love this set up. Wasn't cheap.
Price on this being offered is a great deal. Had it been around last October, I would have snatched it up.

You can not compare a new stock t56 to a RPM built setup. To not worry if my tranny is going to grenade itself is enough for me. Like I said I have their 4l65 stage 6 setup with their stage 3 diff and I know it will not decide to grenade it self if I decide to be more aggressive with the car.

I have an RPM Level 6 6060 and a stage 3 C6Z diff with 3.42 gears. Both have been micro polished. This setup has maybe 200 miles on it and about 10 track passes. Pulling out to go auto.
Retail on this setup with no cores is 10,790 shipped to your door.

Burning Brakes
That core price is for the base model trans (27 spline), not a Z06 or ZR1 (30 spline). Z06 differential used have been going for around $2K if you can find one. I had RPM do all the work on my drivetrain so know how it works.
