I have one here in Florida. Had new forged pistons and upgraded rod bolts installed and balanced. Did not install heads and cam yet. was going to sell complete engine but would be willing to sell just the short block for $6000 with the oil pump, front and rear covers with new seals, valley cover and will be going through Chattanooga on the 5th of May and could bring it with me. Anew one for around 2800.00 or so.

A brand new bare block is around $3400 from GM.

$3400.00? Isn't the GM part number 19213580 for the LS7 block? I see new ones for 2700.00 unless I am not looking at the right part numbers.

ya your right.......how much do used ls7 blocks go for that are use with no problems ?? i have 2.......but not shipping..

If it was me selling used blocks. Since a new one can be had pretty cheap around 2700.00, then a used one that still has to be honed and decked should sell around 1800.00 or but mileage will depend on that to. So that is just my opinion. Someone else could say something totally different.
