They all have them and they're all the same. Only the aftermarket ones are different.

Looks like the mufflers are missing the vacuum pots. Not available via GM, so if someone is looking for functional bi-modal mufflers, be forewarned you'll have to source them.

Lastly....2011 - 2013 Z06 mufflers are the same as these. The '11 and later units do sound better to most than the '06-'10 Z06 factory mufflers however.

Having seen the guts, on the '11 & up mufflers, there are no visible or dimensional differences.

The '10 and earlier Z06 mufflers are different.

Whole host of reasons they could have different p/n's yet not affect form, fit, function, or cosmetics.

I read in an older thread that the Z06 pipes necked down to 2 1/2 where they connect to the muffler, and the ZR1 mufflers did not.

I don't think this has ever been verified.

Plenty of pics out there show the ZR1 mufflers neck down. Whatcop over in the ZR1 forum had pics of his from his ZR1 that showed this. Others have as well.

Another discussion...

People can believe what they want, I don't care. Hopefully the OP is successful with his sale.
