Hey, Team!
A little update for this moment.
Panels are ready for sale.
Sanding and painting IS REQUIRED. Either DIY or ask paintshop for help.
Paint spray
Blank panel or one for switches are $35 shipped.
Panel with pocket takes twice more material and twice more time. $70 shipped.
Fittment of all models were checked on my own Corvette, but I'm not able to check every panel.
So if you get any issue with this part (doesn't fit well) I provide you another part or full money refund.
And some new stuff - cupholder insert (also available in red) and e-brake handle (my personal design) that I gonna cover with carbon.
Cupholder insert on the picture is free but you pay shipping and promise to install, test and provide your feedback here with couple pics
Thanks
Vasiliy

Yes, these are 3D printed parts and I used material called SBS (ABS-plastic based material but more flexible and durable).

I think I will still have to give it a try. Been staring at an open hole for the last 6 months lol

Thanks! I did a quick search on SBS 3D printing material with little to no luck. The only thing I found said that material was used for hand tool grips but degraded... My only concern was how well it would stand up to hot summer days baking inside the car 110F = ~43 C

I like it, my worry is the sanding/painting and having it turn out to match the rest of my dash area. Anyone stepped up to the challenge have pics? feedback of doing the work? Not having done it before I feel like I could see myself going through a few before getting it right lol

I found a guy at nearest paint shop who agreed to finish and paint these panels for $10/each with minimum order of 10 pieces. So I print them out and in several days I will have them for sale.
Thanks
Vasiliy

Mine may have been one of the first few to ship. It's currently in Moscow (according to the tracking) so it may be a while before it get to Detroit. I'm in no hurry but I'll post pics when I receive it. I plan to hit it with some primer, sand, and then paint it.
