The ls3/ ls7 gold blade throttle bodies go for $140-150 brand new. I sold my ported ls7 throttle body for $120.00. $75-100 is the going rate for a used ls3 / ls7 throttle body. I see that yours is a silver blade Ls2 / ls7 throttle body that go for $400.00 new. Alot of misconceptions on what these throttle bodies are worth, its good to know the difference. Good luck with your sale!

Buy the right one for your year...the throttle blade opens in different directions depending on whether you have a silver (LS2/06-08 LS7) or a gold (LS3/ 09+ LS7) blade.

The GM performance ECM is compatible with both the LS2 / LS7 throttle bodies and the LS3 / LS7. It all comes down to loading up the correct pedal map with the software such as hp tuners or efi Live. In my 2015 camaro ls3 I ran both the factory throttle body and a ported Ls2 / ls7 throttle body with great results. There just needed to have minor changes in the pedal mapping. The ls2 pedal mapping typically is controlled by vehicle rpm, the ls3 is typically by vehicle speed. Small changes in the software but simple to do. The LS3 / LS7 throttle body however is not compatible with 06-08 E38 ECU's.

Why is the silver blade ls7 throttle body worth so much more?

Limited production. It was only manufactured from 05-08. The LS3/LS7 was made for 8 years with a ton more applications so this throttle body was mass produced, brought cost down significantly. There was a time where both throttle bodies costed about the same.
