Default "Normal" Parasitic Loss: Flywheel HP to RWHP

What is the normal loss (in actual HP or as a percentage) from HP measured at the flywheel and HP measured at the rear wheels?

Generally speaking, average approximate, 12% for manual trans, 15% for automatic trans., is typical .
