Default Optimum A/F for LS7?

Just wanted a little input from the tuners out there and those have done it themselves. The car will hit a dyno for sure however I was wondering what people have gotten for a good air fuel ratio as far as the LS7? I am also running heads decked .040 so that might effect things.

You'll want to try moving the AFR around a bit to find peak power, it can depend on a few things from fuel quality, to atmospheric conditions, etc.

Start at around 12.7:1 and work up and down from there to find peak power

Most of the discussion here that I've followed for NA applications favors 12.5 for pure gasoline, 12.0 for E10 .

Yup. Best for them seem to be right in the mid 12s.
