Hey, fellow forum members. I just installed a fast 102 lsxr intake on my 06 a6 vette, haven"t driven it yet, would like to know if I should get a tune before I go out and beat on it or is it okay to drive it? This thing idles like a beast. Already have a dyno tune for headers, varaam intake and flowmaster catback. :rock

I would since you are introducing more air into the engine. at least have your afr ratio verified at idle, part throttle and wide open throttle.
btw...is it ported?

Yes it is ported. I drove it about 40 miles just to see how it was going to respond, OH MY GOD!!!!!!!. I have to get it tuned to see what kind of power that this beast is putting to the ground.

Yes tune. Have intake Phaft Long tube headers High flow cats Corsa Sport Ported TB Haltech CAI. Man whole new car!!!!!!
