Default A6 Guys have a quick tuning question about Shift RPM/MPH

What is your shift RPM/MPH for the 3-4 and 4-5 at WOT?

Unfortunately that's not a straightforward and easy question to answer. The gear ratio of your differential will play into it, as will the tire size, how much power the engine is making and whether or not you have a aftermarket torque converter in the car.

I was hoping you would reply.

Stock converter, stock tire size (base), 2.56 gear. car makes 650hp. The converter is net to not lock until 4th as well.

If nothing else has been changed in the tune then the 3-4 is set for 108MPH and the 4-5 is 143MPH. RPM has no bearing on the WOT shift points.

So your saying if my shift point in EFI live is set at 108 mph and the rpm at that mph is say 6500 and shift point rpm is set for 6800 or 6100 it will not effect the shift in any way?

Nope, it'll have no effect whatsoever.
