Umm......what happened here?
Ok, so I recently switched to an 08' completely untampered gem, with an LS3 that I absolutely LOVE! However, over the weekend, it began to have a really hard time starting, and the tach quit working. So I plugged in my father's Snap-on diagnostic machine and it brought up a "P0335 CKP sensor 'A' Circuit problem. When I tried to clear the code, it never would clear, which I unplugged my battery for 10 minutes afterwards, and it cleared just fine. Now, all of a sudden, the driver's window doesn't roll-up when you shut the door, and the passenger door won't unlock with the fob. Did my pride and joy just totally take a **** on me now or what? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Power Window Initialize:
After a power reconnect such as battery replacement,
the window index-up feature will not function until
the system is initialized.
Once power is restored:
1. Close the door.
2. Raise the window and hold the switch up for
three seconds after the window is closed.
3. Release the switch, then hold the switch up again
for three seconds and release.

The CKP message/code may mean you need to do a "relearn prodeure"
Many modded cars need this but it also can be a result of a dead battery and a computer glitch
Seems to me that all the issues you are having beyond the code are "voltage induced " either from a dead battery or not working alternator OR and Over-volt condition--
The windows-doorlocks--chime-- and similar items are NOT in your ECM but in your BCM-----The BCM is voltage sensitive-- seems odd it all happened at once so I suspect the voltage
