Replaced Throttle Body, Need to be Retuned?

TB will need to be replaced, will I have to get the car retuned? don't know if it matters, but car has headers & CAI. Was tuned back in March 2014.

If replacing stock with a ported throttle body I have heard some say yes and some say no. My tuner said mine would need a retune if I installed a ported throttle body.

Will be OEM, not ported. Any guesses?

If taking off the oem and replacing with another oem then no there would be no need to retune.
