Hey. I live in Vegas and the only corvette specific tuner I know of currently is Leading Edge Performance, you can find his website on google. Talk to Garth. He knows his stuff for sure and has been in business for quite awhile. What are you looking to get done?

I too have been looking for a place to tune but we don't have many options in the city but several options in California

Leading Edge all the way. both of my 10 sec vettes were built and tuned there
