Does anyone use the dsx tuning ethanol fake trigger box to be able to run a n/a tune an a nitrous tune by flipping a switch? I hurd some people rig up a relay an some just use a switch

yes that would work, then you can access your alcohol timing and fueling tables

Where are the alcohol fuel tables on E38 pcm? I have the flex spark, but no separate fuel table?

I use HP Tuners.

On the E40 the only thing I see is in the stoich table, you can set different AFR's for different alcohol content. I can't speak for an E38 but it's probably very similar.

Then in spark there's an adder table / multiplier for different levels of alcohol content
