how do you post HP Tuner log files in a thread?

Default how do you post HP Tuner log files in a thread?
I tried drag and drop, and cut and paste, and it didn't work.
I've seen people with logs posted, it can be done, just not by this guy.

Scroll down on your editor when you reply or create a new thread and look for this



After that just click "Choose File" under upload from your computer then find the files and click upload.
