Default Reprograming- after cat replacement

I had the cats replaced on my 2009 under the recall. The dealer also reprogramed my car.The end results were startling. My car has more power then ever before. It runs better then when it was new.Does anyone know what the reprogram modified? Just curious. Rod

One way is by posting the new tune file using HPTuners and I could compare with the OEM tune file I have. I am curious also.

My guess is that they leaned out A/F ratio at wide open throttle. My stock file commanded 11.25 to 11.75 A/F ratio at WOT.

Id say it had nothing to do with the new cal, and more to do with the fact that the cats were clogged

If anything the new cal likely addresses COT protection, etc.
