Recall/Diablo Tuner i-1000
I have a 2009 Corvette Coupe.
I use the intune Diablosport i-1000
It is updated as of 6-12-15
I had the 91 tune on it for about a year.
I restored the original tune prior to taking it to Chevrolet Dealership for warranty recall work.
The warranty work consisted of replacing the catalytic converters and reprogramming the engine control module.
After getting the car back and after driving for a 100 miles or so I tried to tune car.
intune showed unknown calibration for (vin #) attempt a back up read... tried that; didn't work...?

This just means the cal they put in your pcm was not supported at the moment, have you update the tool on a PC?
If not, do that first, but it should have no problem reading an unsupported cal, make sure you are properly engaging RUN mode in the vehicle.
Thanks

Thanks for your response. As I stated above, the tool is updated.
The tool wouldn't let me tune the car.
I emailed the pcm unknown back-up file and the info.xml file to Diablo Support.
Waiting to hear back.
Thanks.
