In EFILIVE which should be the same--you simply set all the EVAP codes to NOT REPORTED and NO MILL------If in the drop down list is the diagnostics section there are any headings that read EVAP--make all those settings show that the EVAP tests do NOT occur
the readiness test will then immediately read "ready"

Set all codes to do not report and it will immediately show up as ready for all emissions tests, no matter what is connected.
Turn it back to "normal" after inspection. You WANT some of the non-emission codes to work in case of hardware failure. They won't if they are all disabled.
