Horsepower
Guys, I have tried the search function to no avail (go figure) but I am trying to figure out what the REAL WHEEL HORSEPOWER is for a bone stock LS3 (2011 year) with an automatic transmission is. No modifications and yes with NPP. For those of you that have done baseline dyno runs before ANY mods, what were your numbers? Car has 12k miles on it so I know cars with 50k for instance may produce more or less but I am trying to get a general idea. If you reply please post if you only have an auto car and please list your hp numbers and the mileage of your car. I am trying to see approximately how much horsepower is lost through the driveline on an advertised 436 horsepower car. I appreciate any and all responses. Thank you everyone.

Looks like around 370 HP, give or take a few.

With an A6, I would expect to see about a 10 - 20 hp increase with just a tune, and about a 40 hp increase with headers and a tune. All rwhp number increases, compared to the same dyno stock hp numbers.

You're going into this all wrong.
Anyone telling you what you should make after tuning without knowing what it baselined is guessing at best.
What if it baselines at 340 rwhp? Its just a number, and if there is a decent gain of 7-10% in power after tuning, you won, the number is just a number, and means very little outside of the internet
Having an expectation of what the car should make before its ever been strapped down generally leads to disappointment from what I have seen. Good luck with it.
