Quick Diablo tune ?

I think (and I could be wrong....as I usually am once a year or so) the Diablo tune is their 93 octane tune. So probably the Diablo tune. Maybe Mike will chime in.

It depends on knock retard. If you install the 93 tune (Diablo) and use 91 octane gas, the ECM (thru knock sensor) might pull timing and your down 15 or so hp. If you run the 91 tune with 91 octane and no knock retard is present, then no timing will be pulled.
This is why data logging is important to check to see if K.R. is present. If so, adjustments can be made to prevent knock retard and the loss of power no matter what tune is installed.
Sometimes it only takes 1 or 2 degrees of less timing in the tune to prevent the knock sensor from pulling 7 degrees of timing.

It just says premium not the octane rating...some stations here have 91 as premium and 93 as something else and some have premium as 93 with no 91 available...

In CA I have only seen 91 octane, except for Sonoma Raceway which offer higher octane and race gas for a premium price. I wish I lived in a state where I can pull up to a gas station and pump 93 octane!
