Update. I unplugged negative from battery for 20 minutes & it works...thankfully! Only problem is driver side window doesn't go back up after u shut door how its supposed to. Im not hooking tuner back in till I talk to Diablo tomorrow. Imma wanna know how & why this happened, m I OK to hook back in, is my stock backup OK & status of tune n car now. It for sure does not have the stock tune n it now. Dunno if its partial (if thats even possible), incomplete or it took. I will say whatever is n there now is way better than stock! I did Diablo tune (93 octane) & firm shift tunes. Shifting n particular is exponentially better on my A4. I'll keep this post updated after I talk to Diablo, get answers & what happens going forward with using the tuner. This info might b valuable for someone n the future.

Been emailing Mike L @ Diablosport since this morning. He was VERY responsive with his emails! He got me straightened out. Apparently for whatever reason there was a write error during tune. I assume that error (or a similar error) may happen if u don't put your Vette in an on position cuz he made a point to make sure I put n on position. However mine was in on position so still dunno why mine happened. I was able to restore stock tune & load Diablo tune with no errors this time. I really like Diablo tune but now that everything is working I can experiment with a custom tune as well.
