Default Trouble Codes! NEED HELP!

I also have this posted in the C5 section but I figured I'd post it here too.

Ok, Corvette World, this one's a doozie... I have this really great '02 C5 Z06 with LS3, full exhaust (including high-flow cats) and a cam. I also have this really big problem driving it because it has a list of codes longer than my... Well, lets just say it's really long. I need help, input, insight, advice, etc. I also need help sourcing the right parts at the best prices!

Here's the list of codes:

1) U1301
2) C1221
3) C1222
4) C1248
5) C1276
6) C1287
7) C1288
8) P0161

Now I'm to assume among these codes is the reason the car doesn't run quite right and gets absolute **** for fuel mileage. I'm talkin like 200-220 miles per tank. Really bad.

Please help so I can enjoy my Z06 again.
Thanks.

1) U1301 High voltage on the class 2 serial data circuit

2) C1221 + 3) C1222 + 4) C1248 looks like your EBCM might have failed

5) C1276One of the following conditions exists:
The EBCM detects that delivered torque signal is out of the valid range.
The EBCM does not receive the delivered torque signal.

6) C1287 + 7) C1288 highly likely steering wheel Position sensor
8) P0161 Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction
