Default EFI Live Tuners East Colorado

Moved to the springs and I cant find any EFI live tuners. Everyone wants to start all the way over with HP tuners.
All I need is a few small changes vs starting from scratch vs paying for a full ride again.

Any one know a shop on the front range that has EFI live tuning capabilities or a good street tuner?

You guys seem to be my best resource for LS2 / e40 things!

Why would you start from scratch? Both read the same parameters. You can flash a tune with EFI Live then read them just fine with HP Tuners.

There are a few things that both software packages can't see that the other one can.. but they overlap for the most part.

Running efi live custom os with the hybrid maf + 2 bar map setup (maf rus out of air). Is it possible to port that to hp tuners or is that the problem?

The shops I have talked to were all ~600 bucks to move me to hp tuners.
Seems like a waste when the tune is already close with efi.

Is why I was looking for an efi guy on the eastern slope.
If it is possible I feel like the 600 is a bit high!

Wish I knew for absolute 100% sure, but I'm almost sure you can make changes with HPT without affecting the OS that's already in there

Tis possible I'm wrong though.. but even if I am, it shouldn't take long at all to swap all the settings over. $600 for small changes sounds like robbery to me.

Maybe I should get into the tuning business if that's what people charge for it.

No kidding.

If I had a bunch of ls engines to play with I would do it myself. But if I break it I gotta fix it and I have not seen the inside of my ls2 for a while (and don't really want to).

Hopefully someone knows someone who can help me out!

Doug Ring @ East Coast Superchargers offers an EFIlive mail order tune for $149. If you can scan, he can certainly make the few changes you require.

Disclaimer: I have no connection to ECS besides being a happy customer.

Take this to the HP Tuner Forum. Several guys there tune with both systems and can tell you if HP can tune your present OS and more. (Tuning Gen. 4)

Default EFI Live

Call Chuck CoW. He will work with you on your tune. Get his Boost program as it is well worth the cost. He will explain any problem that you may have. I'm a very satisfied customer.
