LT headers always create tuning issues--That's why they are illegal in many states they make the P/T fuel run rich because the front 02 bungs get relocated further aft than stock--So the 02's do not read correctly and do not heat up correctly---There is NO 100% fix on how to correct this but some things can may it far better
As far as your CODES go It depends on which codes you are getting
Any codes for the REAR 02's can be tuned out permanently and this is a common practice with LT's as the rears have NO affect on how the engine runs and are there to simply report the condition of your cats
However the FRONT 02's are very important as they control the fuel for ALL your P/T driving--You simply can't delete a front 02 code--you must fix the issue
If you can tell us what are your exact codes we can tell you what to do next

Yes the 1st 2 codes are for your REAR 02's and can be permanently deleted by your tuner as they are most likely false and due to your LT headers
However P0106 is for your MAP sensor and that code needs to be sorted out
here is a website I use and like the best for codes--about 1/2 way down under diagnostic aids are the most probable causes
