2006 c6 Plugs
Was thinking of changing out my spark plugs on my 2006 c6, with 30,000 miles on it... And since ive never been a fan of Delco plugs or Champion... I was thinking of a brand that i used in the past on a a few engines i did, and tuned and got great results.- And the manufacture of the heads i used on the chevy engines (350, and 388, ) even push to use this brand.. Also the c6 heads combustion chambers are close to same design..
The plugs im thinking about are ( no bashing me now ) Autolight...
Ask any old timer that does small engine work, and they found that little trick too, that the autolight worked alot better than stock plugs... Was told they burn cleaner ????... Any thoughts.

I assume the Autolites are a basic copper core plug---
I am not a fan of all these new material plugs as all they really do is get more $$ out of your wallet---I prefer the NGK Tr5 or TR55 plug--again a plain copper core plug gapped at .040----
Yes Platinum plugs or Irridium plugs do last longer-they say 100K miles----But if you wait that long chances are the plugs will carbon weld them selves into the heads ad they will either break off or strip the threads when you finally take them out
As a retired pro drag racer--you could go thru the pits and 90% of all the racers use Autolite plugs----Reason being same goes for the NGK's they are easy to read IF you know how to read them in old school technology---Platinum and iridium plugs are hard to read---With the advent of coil on plug designs --short plug wires these new cars even with a simple copper core plug can last 30K miles easily---and are so much easier to read
JMHO---
