P0466 problem
I have replaced the canister the pump and it appears all lines are sealed. I tested the voltage at the selenoid under the hood and it was 13v. I cleared the code and it came right back. Is there a way to turn off this set of codes or does someone have some advise

Anyone with HP Tuners or EFI Live can disable the code altogether no problem. Takes 5 minutes.

Did you test continuity between the two pins on the solenoid itself?
There's another solenoid back towards the fuel tank, passenger side. Have you messed with that at all?

YES P0446 can be permanently deleted so it will not re-appear---However I would delete ALL the EVAP codes as often one will sooner or later trigger another---
I would also check all the Evap lines to be sure you don't have a vacuum leak--as this can cause a lean condition from unmetered air entering your engine--You don't have to plug them off just make sure there are no leaks--

Yes I replaced the canister in the back as well. I did not test the continuity on the selenoid. It's brand new. I do not hear it operating like some of the post have said. The line going to it had 13vdc

I'd check continuity, at least on the one up front.. can't hurt.

I recently went through this exercise on my Magnacharged 2002 Avalanche. It was the canister vent solenoid in my case. The evap canister and vent solenoid are separate components in my case. A replacement solenoid was only $28 and solved the issue.
