Default Headers and xpipe and tune

Hey guys so I just installed my slp lt and x pipe with high flow cats . And after driving for 30 min my check light goes on p0137 02 sensor circuit also I did have my pre loaded tune from my intune2 should I put the tune back to stock and reload the pre tune? And is this a common problem after In stalling the headers and x pipe for that code to come on?

Default yes

It is not unusual for long tube headers to cause several code problems and this is one of them. You will need to check your installation and then have a competent tuner adjust your tune if necessary.

Lt's often create tuning nightmares----such as codes and readiness tests and sometimes even poor drivability--That's why LT's are Illegal in most states-
LT's move the front 02's further aft then the stock manifold positions--sometimes as much as 3' further back---Consequently the front 02's do not read correctly and never heat up correctly-causing all kinds of issues---Rich running at P/T--surging or dying---
Most handheld tuners do not address enough tables to fix these issues---As far as codes go a REAR 02 code is no big deal as the rear 02's have no affect on the engine's running---only the fronts do---The rears are there only to report the condition of your cats
Aftermarket cats most always will create rear 2 codes---The only way to get rid of them is to have those codes permanently deleted with tuning by HP or EFILIVE--These codes are often just "false codes" and will never go away without deletion---

Thanks for the info with the check light on for that code does that ruin my proformance? Since it's a false code? Does it go limp mode? I'm also having it dyno tune next week and was hopping they will know how to delete that permanent man this car I love it so much but at the same time am I wasting money for all this nonsense codes popping up

you need to get a custom tune done for it in order to have the necessary trouble codes and related items disabled, fueling adjusted, etc.. which I can certainly hook you up with for your inTune i2.. www.diablewtune.com

+1. Get a custom tune for sure. Better for power, fuel mileage and reliability.
