Same threads as regular O2 sensor
Needs to be after all 4 "tubes" run together (aka after the collection) and before cats, if you have them.
You can get a bung off of amazon pretty cheap if you need one. I've used a 45* one before too if you need to squeeze it into a tight space.

Most widebands come with them. Can always use rear o2 sensor bung. Both my headers came with a wideband bung preinstalled though.

M 18 x 1.5 thread, we have had a lot of success also using stainless metric jam nuts instead of overpriced O2 bungs.
For best results, install the wideband upstream of the catalyst and make sure there are no leaks if you have a slip fit header connection.
