Default AutoCal error

Hello everyone,
I just got my 06 vette out of storage, and im trying to load my NEW ECM,and TCM, tunes in with the autocal, but when i go to do the TCM,flash it shows error of O.S. fault 0540.
I looked on the internet and saw where someone said try a FULL flash .
But wanted input on this before i attempt.

So any idea's from anyone, or Chuck, but he is -(on a business trip from Thursday April 14th thru Monday April 25th)
This is my first time installing and using autocal, as i bought package from chuck late in the fall, and im just getting around to do it.

Do you have a cell # for Chuck? Seems like he'd be the best person to call since he uses these things constantly
