Ideal running temps for supercharged LS2
Hey guys,
While driving, my supercharged LS2 runs at 174F coolant temp most of the time, regardless of ambient temperature. I looked at my tune and saw 50% fan speed till 174F, after which it goes to 100%.
Question: is 174F too cold? Should I reflash the fan speed to delay 100% speed until warmer temps?
Bonus question: is VCM suites compatible with windows 10? I'm not upgrading my windows 7 only because of VCM.

There's no reason to run it that cold or to run the fan that hard that early
Mid 200's is perfectly fine and one of the best tuners I know said he makes more power at mid 200's than anywhere else.
My fans are off until 195* where they're at 10% then ramp up to 90% at 212*.
DO NOT run them at 100% or you'll fry the fan controller and/or connector
Scanner should work fine on Windows 10

220 is hotter than I'd want to see, 200-210 is perfectly fine
Colder is not always better
