That's about all I'd run personally with that much boost on an LS2. I'm at around 16.5*, 12psi or so, gasoline+meth though. No knock. M15 nozzle, controller on 10
Dude_man is running a turbo setup on E85, think he's running about what you are timing wise. If I run any less mine feels like it loses a lot of power after 4,200

DSX has a 2.5 bar for E40's if you're on that ECM
They hold up so well on E85, it's crazy. I've considered switching to it just to not have to worry about the motor.

Not sure what a 200Y model is
2005's were E40, all the other LS2's were E38's
LS7 MAF range will depend on size tube used. What size charge tube are you using? Are there any OS upgrades available for that ECM? A lot of the E38 custom OS's that HP Tuners has extends the MAF range, but it's an OS by OS thing, so hit or miss on whether you can get it or not.

I'm surprised you're maxing out a card MAF in a 4" tube. See if there's an OS upgrade available to extend the MAF range if you want to keep using the MAF

Operating system
HPTuners has some upgraded ones that can be installed. Some of them extend the MAF range and have a bunch of other features. The details vary by ECM/OS though so not sure exactly if it would gain you more MAF range or not on yours.. it's free though if the tuner is already using HP Tuners.
