Default Fuel level sending unit/tune

Has anyone tuned the fuel level settings with hp tuners to use only one float or both floats but with fuel levels matching in each tank? I no longer have the oem fuel transfer system in the car and have fuel transfer via hose and bulk head fittings. I have a full custom fuel system that works perfect I just need the level to read correctly. Thanks

Contact forum member schpenxel. I've read in other threads that it is possible.

I made some changes under the fuel level section and the error has yet to occur. Looks like it is possible and I might have gotten it sorted. Thanks

With added hardware, they are working on it. With just the tune, not yet.

There is still tables/etc that you can't access. If you just try to turn one sensor off you will get a fuel error and gauge will read zero.

Yeah, I've never seen it work with one sensor with just changing the tune. You might could make it work with both level sensors installed. I saw one other guy that added a hose between the bottom of the tanks, which basically made both tanks have the same fuel level and he said it never had any fuel errors. I figured it would still flip out but who knows.

I am working on something that'll convert the typical 10-80ohm sender to the dual output needed to keep the computer happy. Just haven't had time to work on it much lately and need a level sensor to play with to make it work right. dude_man made a thread about it a while back
