Default Check engine light help

Car is stock besides halltech air intake. No tune has been done to the car. Took the car to autozone to see the codes and this is what I got.
Is this just because of no tune or do I have a different problem. Thank you Name: photo443.jpg

Just a guess...Looks like one of the lines the pull vacuum to the EVAP or oil canister might be cracked or not making a good seal. Did this happen after installation of the Halltech intake? The car I bought had a broaken line that was taped together so it wouldn't leak. I guess that plastic gets brittle and cracks. I coupled the broken hard plastic lines on mine with fuel hose.
