Brandon Cole Hurdle

I've got this code and a pedal position code ever since i bought this car. I've put a new pedal asembly in it and the previous owner put a new PCM, throttle body, throttle body pigtail connection and pedal assembly in it. I'm now to the point i think there is a broken wire somewhere or a bad connection some how. This random reduced power mode is a PITA and ruins the fun of driving the car. any other options? or rewiring it would be best?
