Default Do I need to retune?

I installed a gz Motorsports vacume pump on my 07 z with, h/c/I. The pump calls for sealing off all the vacume ports in order to always keep the crankcase under vacume. I now have hot start problems.
Is this caused by the lack of fresh air intake through the crankcase into the intake? How do I tune this?

Have you call the manufacturer and asked for help?

I doubt they are related. Check starter/solenoid/wiring first. Almost always a broken starter solenoid post causing hot start issues.

Were any other changes made at the same time? Not sure if it will help
But I have the same vacuum pump set up which works great and it never set a code or changed how it ran when started hot.
Try taking off the belt and see if it stops doing it..
