Can someone look at data log
I'm hoping someone can look at these data logs and give me advise on why my headers are glowing red 5min of idling. I've checked all kinds of problems and everything mechanical looks fine.
The only thing that I'm still not sure about is front 02's as the rear are turned off.
Car has ran fine on tune for 2years with no problems until now.
05 C6 z51 ECS supercharged with meth
Thanks in advance for the help.

Because it's idling with as little as 0* ignition advance. Probably hitting the min timing table.
I'd be on the lookout for a vacuum leak of some sort.
Fuel trims look a bit rough too so that could make sense..
Yours is idling around 6.6 psi of vacuum, mine (with a cam) is closer to 7.5psi vacuum.. seems a bit off to me
Either that or min airflow is too high (but that shouldn't have changed on it's own after 2 years..)

So you are thinking vacuum leak? I could not find a leak with smoke testing it. I'll try brake clean around injectors. Do you think it could be a maf or o2's failing as I've changed a few sensors already.
Ait,coolant sensor, map sensor, evap purge silinoid,2 suspect coils, plugs and a new set of wires and checked looks high flow cats but they still look brand new can see light right through them.
I also cleaned the Maf. Could the vacuum leak be possible prior to Maf. I did take off the BOV on the IC and clean it too and it had a o ring gasket that I struggled with but I wouldn't think that would cause it sence it was before the metered air?

Leak prior to MAF won't really matter for this type of issue
For whatever reason it's getting more air than it needs at idle, so it's having to lower the ignition timing to keep the idle speed down. Low ignition timing at idle = glowing headers
If it were mine I'd just drop the min airflow table a bit and see if that helps. Maybe 10% for starters.
Also add idle adapt advance to your next log
If you want to post the tune I can check it out but if it's been fine for years then I'm not sure if makes sense for that to be the issue (though changing it still might work as a solution)

I'll pull the tune today. I only data logged it with my hpt. I didn't buy credits for it as it was tuned by tuner 2-3yrs ago and has been good until now.

You can read/save the tune without using any credits. Licensing happens after it's been read/saved the initial time

Ok. I'll post it after while. Thanks for your help. I just can't seem to find a vacuum leak this whole time causing me to start looking at other possibilities. I've thought it was vacuum the whole time going lean and pulling timing. But Dag gone it I can't find one lol.
