Default LS2 versus LS7 Header Flange Port Shapes

I am working with a vendor to get some more really long tubes available for the normal C6. This vendor has the really long tubes for the new Z06, but not for the normal C6. My question is the ports shapes. The LS7 has a D shaped port and so do the matching header flanges. The LS2 has more of a squatty, almost rectangular shape. What do the flanges look like for a LS2 header? The photos I've found have them round.

Thanks,
Glenn

My LG headers have a regular round port flange.

My Dynotech's have round opening too but the LS2 heads on my car are a D port shape no doubt. They are round except for the bottom of the exhaust port is flat. They look just like a typical D laying on its back, not squatty or rectangualr shaped. I looked closely when I did my headers a few days ago, should have snapped a pic.
