LS2 with L76 intake, L92 heads and cheater cam
so I am thinking of this combo...
Vararam CAI, L76 intake, ported TB, L92 heads (possibly milled to keep stock compression ratio), Thunder racing cheatr camshaft ( 214/230 .601/.578 117 LSA.) and AR headers with corsa sport exhaust and HPtuned...
so what do you think it will make in RWHP?
I am thinking around 450RWHP....
similar combo from another forum member....
honker CAI, ported TB, Fast intake, AFR 205 cc heads, thunder racing cheaTR camshaft (214/230 .601/.578 117 LSA.) full length headers with stock catback and he is making around 450RWHP...

He probably doesn't want more lope at idle...unless that one ^^ is stealthier than it appears. But to the original poster, are you doing any fuel system upgrades, or do you think the ls2 can handle 450? Just wondering

Why go through all that when a cam only swap will net you 435rwhp with a texas speed torquer II for half the price installed.

I think you may need more duration with that heads\intake combo.. Although, I think you are on the right path with the intake\exhaust split will be good because the exhaust on the L92 heads don't flow that well on the exhaust side...

Big power, little cam
Here are results from a head, cam and header package that I completed and tuned last night.
http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=659243
The heads I used are TSP stage 2.5 LS6 castings, American Racing headers, and LPE GT11 cam that has similar numbers to the "cheater" cam that you are considering. It has more lift at .631/.644 and is ground on a 118 LSA. I got 440 RWHP and 406 RWTQ out of this combination. That is just shy of 6hp from one C6 Z that I dyno'd last year!
The car also retains the STOCK rear exhaust, and it also has a LS2 Port Works ported intake.

TJwong's power was measured on a mustang dyno which gives lower numbers than a dynojet. His car is also a A6 so they may very well be 30rwhp off what a M6 on a dynojet would show. Great gains as low as 1500rpm. Good combo.
The exhaust being stock doesnt change anything. Testing has repeatedly shown no gain for the corsas you are planning on installing. Call cartek and ask them if you need convincing.

SpinMonster... It was a Mustang Dyno, but it looked like the stock numbers were close to what dynojet guys are putting down... I could be wrong, just an observation...
Great results!!! I bet it it a really nice street setup... It's nice to have a car with stock manners and still put down serious power! I bet that car is a blast to drive... Congrats!
