Default Z51 Suspension differences to the Z06

I have a C6 with the Z51 package and I am wondering what the differences are in the suspension components between the Z51 and Z06.

Shocks
Sway Bars
Springs
ETC.

I am trying in another thread to find spring rates. Other than that, here are some differences I found here on this forum.
FE1
Swaybars: Front = 1.005" Rear = 0.689"
F55
Swaybars: Front = 1.005" Rear = 0.689"
Z51
Swaybars: Front = 1.222" Rear = 1.008"
Z51 is a little more suitable for use on the track, in addition to the various coolers that help on the track. Here are the primary differences.

• Specific shocks and springs designed for more control
• Larger stabilizer bars
• Larger, cross-drilled brake rotors (340 mm front/330 mm rear) and track-tuned linings
• Engine oil, power steering and transmission coolers
• Specific higher-grip Goodyear EMT tires with asymmetrical tread patterns
• Specific six-speed manual transmission with quicker gearing

__GEAR______Mode__or__Option
____________Z06___Std_6-spd___Z51_6-spd___6-spd_Auto___4-spd_Auto

Z51 (FE3) and Z06 (FE4) use the same front sway and rear spring. Z06 shocks have about twice the rebound control from my timing the rebound stroke from full compression on both Z06 and Z51 shocks. Compression seemed close from what I could tell manually compressing them. Don't know the actual numbers/specs. I have put the Z06 shocks and rear sway on my Z51 and you can definitely tell the difference, much flatter in corners.

Don't forget the Z has wider tires and a wider footprint. Not suspension but this does add to the handling.

Again, the rear spring and front sway bars are the same for both cars (implies the front spring and rear sway are different, i.e. softer). I believe the ride height adjustment bolts should be the same.

Default '07 Z06 has different shock damping from '06

According to Car and Driver March '07 cover article shootout between '07 Z06, 911GT3, and Lotus Exige S, the '07 Z has revised shock damping and handles much better than '06 Z06. Just reporting what the article says.

Great article, and the Corvette stomps the GT3 and Exige S to take 1st place!!! Go Chevy!!!
