**Another 500 rwhp LG LS3**
Hey Guys,
We just finished another LS3 build on a 08 C6 M6 with NPP catback.
The full list of mods is as follows:
Remote Man Switch, LG Pro Long Tube Headers, LG G7X4 cam kit, 160 degree LG Thermostat, ASP underdrive pulley, K&N FIPK, and a LG Tune.

This car has LG Hi Flow Cats. It does not have ported TB or intake. The customer is coming back in the next couple of weeks for the porting so we will have the results from that soon. My guess is another 10rwhp.
As far as cam specs, if I posted them I wouldn't have any fingers tomorrow.

I'm sure the guys over at L.G. can work this out for you. If nothing else I know they have a huge enclosed trailer that is almost constantly cruising the hiways and byways all over this country picking up corvettes and delivering ultimate driving machines.

Technically since the LS3 has the same heads as Lou's L92 6 liter project using this cam, it has heads. Lou made 495rwhp with a 6 liter and the L92/L76 package.
What is shocking is the good low end with stock compression after being cammed. The larger bore pays dividneds with valve shrouding. It doesnt appear the larger bore makes a ton more power. Its a good argument for the L92LS3 heads. I beleive Lou stated that the cam size wasnt as big as a g5x3 so the manners should be good too and it also explains why it fits.
Good job as usual Lou.

Well at the end of the day it's only 3% more displacement, which at those power levels is about 15HP or so, well within one std deviation of average power output. Slightly better tune, better intake porting, or tighter rings can easily make that difference.
Agreed that the torque results are impressive given the port size.

If this car was bumped in compression to 11.7:1 which I suspect it could work with on 93, the results would be 515 and 20 more TQ at peak. The heads can also be ported so there is no doubt the 6.2 is a serious improvement over the LS2.

Losing fingers is nothing compared to what some of us will do if you dont post them.
450 for the cam
If one was to mill the heads .025 how much would you flycut and would the exhaust valve need flycutting too?
