Does anyone clean their suspension? If so how often?

I've been known to do a bit of cleaning when I am under the car, but I haven't (yet) made a special visit just to do so.....

I have cleaned mine. I only drive it during the summer, so every so often, I take the tires off and pressure wash the inside of the fenders and the suspension, but than again I do that for all my cars.

Your car can never be to clean, even if it is beater.

Its not a bad idea to go over your suspension once in a while. Cleaning just happends to be an added bonus so that you can see all your suspension components with better detail.

I would check your endlinks, bushings and tie rod ends. At this time it would also be good to go around the car and check your tire wear and air pressure.

Got mine on jackstands for winter and have actually spent hours cleaning everything, Even polished the complete exhaust from headers to tips. My wife thinks I am nuts, but I waited all my life for this car.

If I drive it in the rain or snow will wash the underside to remove all the road salt, dirt and goop. Every oil change I check everything under the car.

I made the mistake once of telling my wife that "the car was here before you got here and it will probably be here after you leave". I don't recommend doing that.

Cleaning is one of the bonuses of living in a 4 season state. My car goes up on the lift as soon as the road salting starts, the wheels come off, and everything gets cleaned good during the winter.
